• Thornledge – a 78 unit residential development located in Rockford. Voted Best Homes by the National Home Builders Association
• Creekside – a 12-unit condo project that pioneered the use of passive solar. Awarded best architectural use of plywood by the American Plywood Institute
• Green Mountain Village – 10-unit condominium project – Rockford.

New Jersey

• Park Side – a 30-unit condominium project and 36 two-family homes located in Harrison
• Bloomfield Commons – a 115-unit condo project
• Tulip Gardens – a 78-unit condo project targeted to young seniors located in Little Falls
• Tulip Meadows – a 32-unit condo project targeted for empty nesters – located in Little Falls
• Tulip Village – 28 single-family homes located in Little Falls

Historic Renovations

• Memorial Methodist Church - this extensive project encompassed stone pointing on the exterior, painting, renovation of the sanctuary, classrooms, and fellowship hall
• Ocean Grove Youth Temple – a project to replace a building that had been burned. Although new construction, it was constructed with turn-of-the-century design elements in order to fit in with the historic architecture of Auditorium Square
• Ocean Grove – restoration of the historic tent community
• Orange Lawn Tennis Club – Circa 1848, one of the fist ten tennis clubs that started the USTA. Renovations included the club house, locker rooms, and landscaping
• Asbury Park Water Tower – built on the Asbury Park Convention Center. The project received the Golden Trowel award for Best Historic Masonry Renovation.
• South Spring Lake Pavilion – on the boardwalk in Spring Lake
